❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment or production has started.
If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
📦 Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be fully included
- Valid proof of purchase is required
All returns must be reviewed and approved prior to return shipment.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
